Current Projects
Icahn School of Medicine at Mont Sinai
SP Lohia Foundation is pleased to support the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York. This collaboration will establish and maintain the Cardiovascular Clinical Institute (CVCI).
The CVCI has an emphasis on education and prevention to focus on early detection and treatment of heart disease. SPLF are looking forward to a productive partnership supporting the hospital’s incredible work.
ICONIQ Impact Women’s Health Co-LAB
SPLF joined ICONIQ Impact’s Women’s Health Co-LAB Fund, a US$100 million initiative led by Melinda French Gates and Phoebe Gates, supporting 22 organisations dedicated to improving the lives of women and girls worldwide.
The fund focuses on three urgent priorities: maternal health; sexual and reproductive health; and the fight against gender-based violence.
Displacement Film Fund
We are deeply honoured to announce a new partnership between the SP Lohia Foundation and the Displacement Film Fund, spearheaded by actor, producer, and UNHCR Goodwill Ambassador Cate Blanchett.
The Displacement Film Fund supports displaced filmmakers to tell their own stories—stories of resilience, identity, loss, and hope—bringing lived experiences of displacement into the global cultural dialogue. At a time when displacement is too often reduced to statistics, DFF centres human dignity and first-hand experience through the power of film.
This partnership reflects our belief in culture as a powerful force for empathy, understanding, and change—and in ensuring that displaced communities are truly seen and heard. We are proud to stand alongside DFF and a global community that believes cinema can move hearts, shift perspectives, and create meaningful connection.
MoU pending.
